New Plaza Motel

My room felt like it had just been updated, and it was absolutely perfect. The staff member was very accommodating, allowing me to check in early and even providing helpful directions to the subway. The air conditioning kept the room wonderfully cold, and the TV offered a great variety of channels. Plus, having a microwave and a refrigerator right there in the room was incredibly convenient – honestly, what more could anyone ask for?

What an incredible experience to stay at a spot I recognized from a TV show; as a huge fan of The Boys, it made the visit even more special.

I was truly disappointed with my stay, especially since I had booked my reservation through Expedia and was expecting a much more decent experience than what I encountered. The pervasive, unpleasant smell throughout the place was particularly off-putting.

I genuinely found this to be an outstanding place to stay. The hospitality was incredibly welcoming, making it truly feel like a comfortable home away from home.

My experience with reservations here has been incredibly frustrating, having been let down on two separate occasions. The first time, despite making a booking, I arrived to find my reserved room had been given away. A subsequent visit proved equally problematic; I had secured two rooms for a group of six guests, but upon our arrival, we were denied entry and turned away. The reason given was their suspicion that we were "partying.

I was very impressed with how clean and well-kept my room was during my stay. It felt brand new, offering an excellent deal for the price, and I really appreciated the free parking available. The location is truly great, with a convenience store just a minute's walk away and a fantastic Chinese restaurant right across the street.

I truly enjoyed my visit, finding the staff to be incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout my stay. The location was also a major plus, as it put me just a short distance from a wide variety of shops and several pleasant dining options.

I had a rather uncomfortable encounter when I went to visit a friend who was staying at this location. Almost immediately after my arrival, the front office called their room to state that only two people were allowed inside. The whole situation felt incredibly invasive and dictatorial.

I was genuinely pleased with the cleanliness of the room, especially the bed. Being quite paranoid, I thoroughly inspected the mattress and box spring with a black light and was very impressed and reassured to find them spotless and properly covered. The bathroom was also impeccably clean. However, our stay wasn't without its issues; on the first morning, my father-in-law woke up to his clothes soaked from a leak in the window air conditioning unit. I assume the front desk arranged a repair while we were out, as it didn't happen again the second night. I was particularly unimpressed when we politely asked for an additional pillow for my father-in-law, an amputee who needs to prop his leg up, only to be very rudely told we already had enough (three), despite them being incredibly thin. The Wi-Fi was also quite poor, making it impossible to successfully surf the internet. While the motel was conveniently within walking distance to several restaurants, I'm not sure I'd feel comfortable walking around that area too late at night. Overall, we got what we paid for; it certainly wasn't luxurious, but it was clean and served its purpose.

I always have such a fantastic experience whenever I stay here; the rooms and service are consistently outstanding. I especially appreciate how spacious the accommodations are, and the employees are genuinely so friendly, always making me feel welcome.
